Episode 708 of SPEED TV's Two Guys Garage television show captures some of the processes and testing that goes into manufacturing performance air intakes and air filters. In this episode Two Guy's Garage host Sam Memmolo visits K&N headquarters in Riverside, California and gets a behind the scenes tour.

Memmolo discovers the extent of engineering and design work involved when manufacturing a K&N performance air filter. After touring the manufacturing plant Memmolo meets up with Corey Jennings, K&N Lab Technician, to discuss the rigorous testing K&N performs to ensure that its products perform as promised. Next Bert Heck, K&N Performance Kit Manager, shows the testing performed in the dyno shop and how K&N uses its in-house dynamometers to measure before and after product horsepower gains on cars, trucks and motorcycles.

The Two Guys Garage crew then tours the K&N race shop with Steve Williams, V.P. of Product Engineering.  Williams shows Memmolo examples of K&N products for race vehicles and a look at the vehicles currently in the race shop, an NHRA Super Comp Dragster and an NHRA Pro Stock car.
